Built for the Slack Agent Builder Challenge

Meeting talk becomes
tracked work.

Drop your notes in Slack. Meeting to Action pulls out the real commitments, lets you approve them in one click, and logs them where your team can actually see them.

"...ok so Sarah will finalize the pricing page by Thursday, and John's following up with the vendor about the contract by end of week..."

Finalize the pricing page
Owner: SarahDue: Thursday

What it actually does

Not another notes app. It lives in the thread where the meeting already happened.

Extraction

Reads the room

Post your raw meeting notes in Slack. Gemini pulls out tasks, owners, and due dates — even loose relative ones like "next sprint" — and resolves them to real dates.

Human in the loop

Nothing ships unreviewed

Every extracted item shows up as a card with Approve and Discard buttons. The agent proposes, a person decides. No silent auto-tasking.

Persistence

Lands somewhere real

Approved items write straight to a Google Sheet with owner, resolved due date, status, who approved it, and a link back to the original Slack message.

Where it lands

A living log your team can actually reference — not another silo.
